Santal Tandem is the first harvester featuring a tandem and 6x4 traction. It has been designed to perform with high stability, traction and low cost, thus combining the advantage of tracks and conventional tires.

The revolutionary tandem application allied to high-flotation tires ensures safety, stability and high-yield during production on uneven, sandy, humid or irregular soils. Its capacity to “copy” the ground as well as irregularities allows a more uniform and efficient harvest, and reduces ground compaction.

Santal’s Tandem System prevents overload on the operation systems of the whole machine by acting as an impact absorber, thus preventing structural cracks, increasing the durability of the equipment and providing a better cost/benefit relationship to the investment.

Santal Tandem is the result of years of field research and development. It is innovative, very economical and of easy maintenance.

With Santal Tandem, mechanizing your harvest becomes much easier and safer.

Guarantee of lower cost per each harvested ton

Brazil’s diversity of climates, soil types and topography combined with Santal’s 40-year experience in the sugar-cane sector prompted the development of Amazon 2000, a raw sugar-cane harvester that can work anywhere in the world.
